This old porcelain portrait bowl is beautifully accented with flowers, handpainted gold designwork, and metal bases, handles, and rim. The piece measures approx. 9.75"H (from base to highest point -- top of handles), and approx. 11.5" from handle to handle. The porcelain oval bowl is mounted to a metal piece, which is mounted to a porcelain foot, which is -- in turn -- mounted to a metal base bottom. On the inside you can see the fancy round caps that cover the connection to the base, and metal handles. The rim is also topped with a fancy metal finish. On the front of the bowl is a courting couple. It looks like a transfer. I see an artist signing that is part of the transfer image. The gold designwork looks to be handpainted, as do the flowers on the inside of the bowl, below the rim on each side. No chips, No cracks, No wear. I bit of charming aging to the metal. I don't see a maker's mark. It's a beauty. I gladly combine shipping.

I do accept returns. In cases where I have made a mistake, I will pay your return shipping, otherwise, you are responsible for return shipping costs. The item must be returned in its original condition.

Sizing details
I include dimensions in US inches. My sizing is approximate, usually using a ruler or yard stick. If you need additional information, for example fluid ounces, just let me know.
Do you offer guarantees or warranties?
No. However, if my description refers to something as "working", such as a vintage clock or watch, I do offer a DOA guarantee -- that is, it has to still be working upon arrival.
